Hilevel Memory Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Period

All Hilevel memory modules are backed by a lifetime warranty. Hilevel will support its products using equivalent components made by various vendors in conjunction with warranty repairs. Hilevel reserves the right to substitute similar products with similar specifications on replacements where exact replacements are not available.

Warranty Statement

Hilevel's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. Hilevel Memory warrants that all Hilevel memory product ("Products") will be free from defects in material and workmanship and are guaranteed to operate in complete conformance to the specification described in the datasheet. Please contact our Technical Support department. We may be able to help you before sending a product in for repair or replacement.

Limitation of Warranty

Hilevel's warranty does not cover any of the following conditions: abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, neglect, damage caused during installation of the product, improper testing, unauthorized modification, or if any label is removed.

If you purchased your Hilevel Memory product from a reseller, contact them directly to inquire about a refund or exchange.
